Present: John Duane, Barbara Austin, Jacob Puffer, Tom Siggia, Zack Dixon, Jim O’Connell, Brett Morse, Rebecca Taylor (8:15 p.m)

Others in Attendance: Nancy Civetta (shellfish constable), AlannaMcGovern, Ed Tesson, Sue Tesson, Helen Miranda Wilson, Jude Ahern, Alfred Pickard, Mike Kubiak, Fred Richard, Jason Lance Weisman

Meeting called to order, 7:00 p.m.

1. Nancy Civetta gave an update on the activities of the Shellfish Department

2. Minutes

   Jake Puffer made a motion to accept the minutes from August 29th, John Duane seconded. The motion passed 6-0.

   3. Herring River Stakeholders Group

   Barbara Austin made a motion recommending that Zack Dixon be the SAB representative to the Herring River Stakeholder Group, Jake Puffer seconded. The motion passed 6-0.

   4. Shellfish Management Plan

   SAB discussed updating the Plan.

   Brett Morse made a motion that John Duane be allowed to write a letter on behalf of SAB to ASMFC. Jake Puffer seconded. The motion passed 6-0.
