Chair Parent called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.
Announcements, Open Session & Public Comment: There were no announcements.
Meeting Minutes-Chair Parent moved the discussion until after the Public Hearing.
DSD 17-03 125 Marven Way-(Public Hearing, Continued from September 6, 2017)
Chair Parent called the Public Hearing to order at 7:05 P.M.
Attorney Ben Zehnder was present to answer any questions regarding the Definitive Subdivision Plan for 125 Marven Way. The Chair stated that there were no comments from the Police Chief, and the Board hadn’t received comments from the Fire Chief. Parent read a memo from the DPW which stated that the driveway should have hardened apron to protect the road edge, and the cul-de-sac should be large enough for emergency vehicles to turn around.
The Board members and Zehnder discussed including the following additions to the covenant:
- Shall trim and maintain the vegetation to the width and height of 14 feet, and construct a 12-foot wide gravel way to serve lot 2.
- Add three additional bounds to be set parallel to the easterly line of the tennis courts:
- Bound 1 to be located on the northerly lot line of lot,
- Bound 2 on the lot line between lots 1 and 2,
- Bound 3 to be located at the Southerly line of lot two.
- Remove driveway and utility notes 2.
- Revise driveway utility to read that the owner of lot 2 is responsible for road maintenance.
Pickard moved to approve DSD 17-03 125 Marven Way, as amended, Freeman seconded.
The motion carried, 4-0.
Chair Parent closed the Public Hearing at 7:27 P.M.
Meeting Minutes-Freeman moved to approve the minutes as amended, Cooney Seconded. The motion carried, 4-0.

Freeman moved to adjourn, seconded by Pickard.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:40 P.M. by consensus.
