Present: Gary Sorkin, Acting Chair, Mia Baumgarten, Richard Ciotti, Sarah Pechukas Slivka. Also present: Sharon Rule-Agger, Housing Partnership. Call to order 9:00 AM

  1. A motion to approve the 2/13/18 minutes. Approve 4-0

  2. A motion to pay Pro Creations $277.26 for the tax notification insert. Approve 4-0

  3. A motion to pay Freeman Law Group $103.25 for work related to the Mainstay easement at 2082 State Highway. Approve 4-0

  4. A motion to pay Freeman Law Group $4000.00 for work related to the Sexton Land Court Complaint. Approve4-0

  5. A motion to approve a request to the Board of Selectmen to transfer $15,000 from Town free cash to the WHA Administration Fund at April Town Meeting. Approve 4-0

  6. A motion to recommend Article 15 on the Town Warrant for April Town Meeting. Approve 4-0

  7. A motion to recommend Article 16 on the Town Warrant for April Town Meeting. Approve 4-0

  8. A motion to recommend Article 17 on the Town Warrant for April Town Meeting. Approve 4-0

  9. A motion to recommend Article 18 on the Town Warrant for April Town Meeting. Approve 4-0

10) A motion to recommend Article 19 on the Town Warrant for April Town Meeting. Approve 4-0

11) A motion to recommend Article 20 on the Town Warrant for April Town Meeting. Approve 4-0

12) WHA will contact HPC with regard to rental assistance information session to be held this Spring.

13) A discussion was held with respect to the availability of Town owned land as possible sites for Affordable Housing. The two larger parcels (Map 7, Parcel 24 & the old COA site on Lawrence Rd.) appear to be unavailable due to site permit restrictions and/or designation for other municipal purposes. Other larger parcels present different challenges either due to location, i.e. Town owned land within the National Seashore, or accessibility.

14) A motion to authorize Gary Sorkin to determine with HAC the best solution with respect to the sale of 20 Oyster Lane and to authorize the expenditure of a subsidy up to $20,000 to expedite the sale.

15) A motion to authorize Gary Sorkin to sign a LIP letter of support for the Old Kings Highway Habitat project. Approved 4-0
