                           Wellfleet Housing Authority – Minutes

                                          Call to Order 10:45 AM

Present: Elaine McIlroy, Chair, Mia Baumgarten, Richard Ciotti, Sarah Pechukas-Slivka, Gary Sorkin.

1. Elaine announced the there had been an appeal made by the neighbors on the Paine Hollow Project.

2. A motion to approve a change in the Land Disposition Agreement by and between the Wellfleet Housing Authority and Community Housing Resource, Inc. on p.3 section 2(J) to read, “ within 3 years of the resolution of any appeals.” Such wording shall be subject to final legal review. Approved 5-0

3. A motion to approve the Land Disposition Agreement by and between the Wellfleet Housing Authority and Community Housing Resource Inc., and to authorize Elaine McIlroy as WHA Chair to approve any changes and to sign it was approved 5-0.

4. Adjourn 11:10 AM
