Proposed Zoning Bylaw Amendments for Annual Town Meeting

In accordance with Massachusetts General Law, chapter 40A, §5, the Wellfleet Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 1, 2017, at 7:00 PM at the Wellfleet Senior Center, 715 Old King's Hwy, to consider the following changes to the Zoning Bylaws (ZBL): 1) repeal ZBL Section VI - General Regulations, - Section 6.30 - Formula Business Special Permit delete definition of “Business, Formula” from ZBL Section II - Definitions, and delete the reference to “Business, Formula” from ZBL Section V - Uses, Section - 5.3.2 use table 2) amend ZBL Section VI General Regulations, Section 6.20.4 and Section VIII Administration, Section 126.96.36.199, 3) amend Section VIII Administration, Sections 188.8.131.52, 4) amend ZBL Section VIII, Administration, Sections 8.2.1 & 8.2.2, 5) amend ZBL Section III, Section 3.3 Zoning Map & Section IX Overlay Districts, Section 9.1.2 Districts Established & Section 9.2.2 Overlay District Defined, 6) amend ZBL Section IX Overlay Districts Section 184.108.40.206, 7) add “Food Truck” to ZBL Section II - Definitions and add “Food Truck” to ZBL Section V - Uses, Section 5.3.2 use table, 8) amend ZBL Section II Definitions: “Signs” & “Sign, - Area of”, and replace Section VII - Signs with a new Section VII - Signs.
