In accordance with Massachusetts General Law, chapter 40A, §5, the Wellfleet Planning Board will hold a public hearing (continued from December 20th) on Wednesday, January 17, 2018, at 7:00 PM at the Wellfleet Senior Center, 715 Old King's Hwy, to consider the following changes to the Zoning Bylaws (ZBL):

Public Hearing Item 1: Add “Food Truck” to ZBL Section II - Definitions

In accordance with Massachusetts General Law, chapter 40A, §5, the Wellfleet Planning Board will hold a public hearing (continued from December 20th) on Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at 7:00 PM at the Wellfleet Senior Center, 715 Old King's Hwy, to consider the following changes to the Zoning Bylaws (ZBL):

Public Hearing Item 2: Change in the use table to add “Food Truck” to ZBL Section V - Uses, Section 5.3.2 Commercial use and Central District

Discuss a specific date and time to set the public hearing for a submitted petitioned article on Food Trucks

The Wellfleet Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 17, 2018, at 7:00 PM at the Wellfleet Senior Center, 715 Old King's Hwy, regarding the Rules and Regulations Governing the Subdivision of Land: Section II: Submission and Approval of Plans: Notification to Abutters.
