Description: 

The Wellfleet Board of Selectmen will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at 6:15 p.m. at the Wellfleet Senior Center, 715 Old Kings Highway, Wellfleet, MA 02667. It is anticipated that the meeting will be recorded by the Town. Anyone else desiring to record the meeting may do so only after notifying the chair and may not interfere with the conduct of the meeting in doing so.

Pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, §21(a)(3), to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining and litigation if the Chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the Town’s bargaining and litigating position, the Board will review the status and strategy regarding Cumberland Farms, Inc. v. Dennis Murphy, et al. as the Board of Selectmen, Land Court C.A. No. 17 MISC 000247 (KCL)
