Present: Chair Janet Loewenstein, Vice-Chair Arlene Kirsch, Stephen Polowczyk, Kathy Granlund, Linda Pellegrino, Ira Wood

Others Present: Dan Hoort (Town Administrator)

Regrets-Fred Magee, Robert Wallace

Chair Loewenstein called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.

Transfers

Chair Loewenstein opened the meeting by reading a Request for Transfer for

$20, 000.00 for Turtle Mitigation. Hoort explained that the Environmental Protection Agency wants to ensure the turtles are protected during the dredging.

Polowczyk recommended to approve the $20, 000.00 Transfer.

Seconded by Pellegrino

All in favor and the motion carried, 6-0

Public Hearing-Capital Improvement Plan FY 2019

Chair Loewenstein opened the Public Hearing.

Dan Hoort said there are no changes as of yet to report. The Committee reviewed the school budget prior to the July meeting with Superintendent Tom Conrad.

Kirsch suggested letting the other Finance Committees sit in on the July 12th meeting with Tom Conrad. The Committee agrees to extend invitations to the regional district: Brewster, Orleans, and Eastham.

Loewenstein closed the Public Hearing.

Polowczyk moved to accept the Capital Improvement Plan Fiscal Year 2019 Kirsch Seconded.

All in favor of accepting the Draft CIP 6-0
