Minutes of Meeting of April 25, 2016

Wellfleet Elementary School, 6:00 PM

Members Present: Stephen Polowczyk, Chair, Sam Bradford, Kathy Granlund, Arlene Kirsch, Janet Loewenstein,, Fred Magee, Linda Pellegrino, Robert Wallace, Ira Wood

Members Absent: Liz Sorrell

Also Attending:

Chair Polowczyk called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM.

Review of 2016 Warrant Articles

Article 1: Kirsch made the motion to rescind the Finance Committee’s previous vote on Article 1; Granlund seconded; the motion passed 9-0.

Bradford made the motion to recommend Article 1 as amended; Magee seconded; the motion passed 9-0.

Article 2: Granlund made the motion to recommend Article 2 as amended; Bradford seconded; the motion passed 9-0.

Article 6: Wood made the motion to recommend Articles 6 as presented; Pellegrino seconded; the motion passed 9-0.

Article 7: Wood made the motion to recommend Articles 7 as presented; Bradford seconded; the motion passed 9-0.

Article 8: Magee made the motion to recommend Articles 8 as presented; Bradford seconded; the motion passed 9-0.

Article 9: Loewenstein made the motion to recommend Articles 9 as presented; Kirsch seconded; the motion passed 9-0.

Article 10: Kirsch made the motion to recommend Articles 10 as presented; Loewenstein seconded; the motion passed 9-0.

Article 11: Granlund made the motion to recommend Articles 11 as presented; Loewenstein seconded; the motion passed 9-0.

Article 12: Kirsch made the motion to recommend Articles 10 as presented; Granlund seconded; the motion passed 9-0.
