Elder Services - Carol reported that many  Meals on Wheels programs are experiencing cuts due to the Trump budget cuts, the MA program gets state funding so it should be able to continue.

MassHealth (Medicaid in Massachusetts) recipients are being passively enrolled in SCOs (Senior Care Options, a type of managed health plan), of which there are currently two operating on the Cape, Tufts and Novicare.  A third plan is applying for approval, and Elder Services is adding a position to deal with the increased use of SCOs.
