Housing at 2082 State Highway
The Committee discussed a proposal to change the plan for Affordable Accessory Dwelling Units at 2082 State Highway from rental to ownership. The Housing Authority has tried three times to develop the rental properties without success. The original plan is not financially viable, and the Housing Authority has not found a developer interested in it. The land would support two or three ownership homes.
