Surveying of new sections in Pleasant Hill Cemetery
Dawn and Don from Outermost Surveyors met with us at Pleasant Hill Cemetery to discuss surveying these sections in order to:
-set perimeter boundary markers (they can suggest what we use whether granite corner markers or aluminum GPS ground level tabs) for previous and new cleared sections including center road (Sections D, E, F)
-set 40x40 lot markers for these sections. They will send us an estimate within two weeks. Work will probably not begin until end of Summer/Fall 2018Nancy will contact John Fougere to return and do a final finish grading for recently cleared Sections D, E, F; provide more fill and grading, and hydro-seeding for new sections.
Scheduled Spring Clean-Up Day for Saturday, May 12, 2018 from 9-Noon at Pleasant Hill/Oakdale Cemeteries. We will meet again Monday, May 7, 2018 at 2pm for monthly meeting and plan this event.
- We need to discuss the Animal Control bylaw that whoever sent us in February. It's probably too late to make any changes, but it's a $100 fine for a first violation but in all other areas - beaches, parks, etc. - the first violation is a verbal warning. We think the cemeteries should be consistent to other places in town. A $100 fine is a bit draconian.

-Bonnie will work on draft for historical signage at Boudreau and Duck Creek Cemeteries
