Attended by Bonnie Robicheau, Nancy Vail, David Agger Guest: Marilyn Miller Approved minutes from August 2015 1.Coordinated final plans for cemetery clean up Banner up Psa's Focus clean up on tree limbs Shore up corner markers Scrub oaks with orange tape Cutting through newly cleared area to Oak Ave NE corner of Oakdale Scavenger hunt for corner marker with scallop shell engravings David will bring tools Nancy will ask DPW for some tools and trash bags Clarify section H southern boundary with road 2. Discussion of 20x30 approval and cost-$5,775 .....Row between East Ave and Jason. Unanimous approval 3. Revisit breakdown of costs for perpetual care and corner markers 4. Discussion about changing height limits for monuments. Bonnie suggested eliminating height restriction on lots larger than 5x10, previous regs were approved in 1983. Bonnie requested that commissioners review current regs for discussion next mtg in order to present to April 2016 Town mtg. Would like to discuss and approve new wording at October mtg. 5. Discussion on procedure and process for establishing a "friends of Wellfleet Town cemeteries in order to be eligible for 501C3 status. Nancy will ask around for other Town "friends of" 6. Discussion and recommend doing research for idea separate section in cemetery for pets and/or pets buried with or in same plot as humans. 7. Nancy shared advertisement for stone benches.
